Hi all.
I write in this forum for first time and i really hope there is a friendly person outthere who would help me.
I have to admit im not very good with computers so all those zip files confuses me eventhough it should be very simple...
I have played computer games for many years, but my missing interest in anthing else than playing can sometimes be a problem, as now
a couple of years ago i played the Gold Juno Sword mod for CC 5 (great mod) i found it someplace i cant find anymore, and it was so easy, just download, install and TADAA !!! a whole new Close combat game
Almost better than a new wife...
But the mods a have downloaded from this great site i cant get to work I tried several times with unzipping/unpacking files, but nothing worked, i proberly put them the wrong place or didnt unzip right since the game was not changed in any way.
Someone please help !
I have downloaded the Battle for Berlin mod and the Afrika mod, both for Close combat 5 invasion Normandy (only game i still have)
I have played Close Combat 1-5 for MANY MANY hours thruogh many years, and i was SO happy when i saw all these mods and i will be even more happy if some friendly and smart person can help me, write a simple explanation on what to do, maybe step by step, so there is nothing to be mistaken about, sorry but i think its the only way i will get it to work Feel free to Give me a private message or use my MSN if you think you can help me. I understand English and Danish only...
Sorry for all the writing, but i WANT TO PLAY THOSE MOD SO BAD U DONT UNDERSTAND ! so i had to do my best to explain.
I have deleted my failed attemts and only have a totally "clean" installation of CC 5 Invasion Normandy now. I did also DL patch 501a, but havent installed yet...

first step is to install 5.01 patch first, before trying to install mods.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
