Anyone know how to take back-up copy of LSA and properly install on new computer? I copied the entire folder. Then updated to latest patch...prompted me for my Serial number which checked-out fine and successfully installed.
However I keep getting error message that there is a problem with my serial number when I try to launch game, Error code 200.
I know I entered the correct Serial #...must have been an issue from copying the game folder from my old computer. I lost the installer file when I downloaded the game so all I can do is try to copy the entire game folder.

Maybe you have to enter the registry entry for LSA: First, you would extract the current entry from the registry (start menu/run/regedit, find, right-click, export), and save it as a .reg. Copy this file to your new pc, edit it so that the install dir is correct (with notepad), and double-click to load it into the new pc's registry. GL.

If you registered LSA with Matrix then login to Members and download it again. The S/N will also be available.
Thank you. I had to get set-up on the Matrix site and jump through a couple hoops on their automated tech support links. But it was relatively simple and now I got LSA updated and moved to my new Mac. Running via Bootcamp running Windows 7 natively...no issues so far running smooth. I have not seen any noticeable difference with infantry AI performance. The vehicles though seem to be much more aggressive and actually travel towards VL's or challenge me. Instead of driving in circles or never attacking.
Matrix did a good job improving their customer service / support. It was kind of frustrating before.
