I know I'm sort of late to the game, but I've been a long-time CC fan and I've downloaded a bunch of the mods lately(Christmas all over again!). But while my CC5 plugins have worked without a hitch, my CC3 mods, with the exception of Real Red, won't fire up. When I click "Play a Game" from the main menu it hesitates and then requests that I insert the CC3 disk. Unfortunately my CC3 disk (original, not a copy) is already there. I've followed the readme install instructions to the letter and still no go. Any ideas?
Common problem, nobody knows why.. but heres the solution.
Start CC3
on main screen,go to 'Create a scenario' first.. youll now find yourself in that area, you dont have to do anything in here, just hit 'go back to main screen', NOW try 'Play a game'
