I'm going to suggest Panthers in the Fog because you already have someone to play with and it has the most stable multiplayer of the games so far. I'm sure others will disagree with me, but I play Panthers in the Fog multiplayer exclusively due to the ease of connecting.
On the flip side, it's harder to find players using Panthers in the Fog. It uses its own server and you can't connect via Direct IP, so if you're looking for other players to play, it might not be the best. Many players use GameRanger to find games and connect, but you can't do that with Panthers. That being said, I'm willing to do battle with anyone on Panthers so let me know if you're interested.
