Hi
I'm playing the campaign and I've noticed when the enemy's moral breaks I only get 2 victory points and not the whole map. Rather annoying to have the Germans moral break and yet they still have a 'minor victory' because they still control more Victory locations. They actually gain an advantage as you are prevented from gaining territory on the map. You're winning and suddenly you're stopped dead in your tracks.
Secondly is there any use taking road victory locations. I read in the manual a cut off force will still be able to reinforce from the forcepool. Is there any advantage to cutting the enemy off? Do their supplies at least take a hit. Can you then bypass the enemy assuming of course you take the a road VL before their 'moral beaks' and saves them.

You can disable the morale in the "Battle ends..." menu. That means you have to either completely destroy your enemy or take all the victory locations (granted they are enabled in the "Battle ends..." menu).
You can move past an enemy battlegroup if you control the road VL, but that means that the enemy either gets control of the map or if you move another of your battlegroups to that map you will have a Meeting engagement on that map. If you cut off an enemy battlegroup from a supply depot they will have less ammo and fuel during the next battles.
They also get don't reinforce their groups after battles. Example, if they have a group with 7 men and loose two in a battle they will not get two new soldiers in that group if they're cut off. As they run out of fuel they will not be able to move their tanks either. Instead they will be immobilized from the start of the battle.
