Thanks for posting this. I chose a few photos that had enough info about them to do then/now. Found the "nows" on Google Maps....
The village is Baudienville, a short bit North of St. Mere Eglise. 6-8 Rue de Baudienville, 50480 Sainte-Mère-Église, France -- approximate address Rue de Baudienville.
The biggest difference are the windows on the roof. They do not match. The short wall where the soldier is laying down, and all the front windows and doors match. The wire entering the front wall of the house is similar to the original photo. The sidewalk and road are exact.
