Hi,

Can someone suggest me, please, which CC5 mod is better suitable for playing against AI, because i don't have possibility to play H2H battles due to my slow internet connection.

Or maybe CC3 mods are better for single player game?

If you want to play hard again AI, you must fight with finnish in the Winter War mod. If you play it, you are going to know how difficult is to stop a column of tanks with only a few brave men. :tank2 :hurt1

Ok but you can try the Battle of Berlin too. And if you realy want to get some hard times, try it in the vet. mod. There you will see the damage that the Russian artillary and air suport causes. Play it as the Germans. :

I play a lot against the AI.
Ther are some things to do to get the AI moving. Set yourself as Veteran, and the AI as recruit (lowest setting). Check all except "no initiative" for the AI.

I feel CC3 is better for single play. The maps are smaller. When you have a CC5 mod with huge maps, the AI just moves so much, then plonks down. This will happen in CC3 too. The thing is to draw em out. and loose some men. Kinda sucks huh. It does help to set a timer (15-30 mins) so you dont die of starvation at the computer.
That said, the VetBoB mods seem to be more aggressive.
RealRed seems to be aggressive.

Gday.. my internet connection runs on a string and between two tin cans.... 56k dial up with a bps of 45333 it has operated sucsessfully at 38000 bps prone to high winds , rain and lighting strikes, so if you can reach these speeds u can also play h2h if u wish, with a few tweaks, and alota patience!

CC4 Vet BoB mod is the best by far. There is a CC5 version too, but I've not played it much.

I find that the mues mod ( i cant spell it) is a hard one the french are all ways assulting in mass.

In my opinion the best mod I have encountered is CC5 RegXtra ver3.41. The AI is very agressive and mean. The enemy seems to seek out the victory locations and set up ambushes, or move on to the next VL trying to outflank you.
