Ive noticed while playing CC5 campign that the Shermans don't have a .50 cal. Where's the .50 cal that is suppose to be mounted on the Sherman? Can the .50 cal be modded on to the Sherman?  Shocked
Also, why do the 50s seem like they are weak in CC5?

The crews on these other two Shermans here are wondering the same thing...

btw - judging by the trench line and terrain in your pic I'd say that was a 2nd Inf Div M4 in Korea.

A .50 cal AAMG is easily added to CC5 M4s by using Qclone to insert weapon class 49 in the Turret Gun 3 slot and duplicating all the other Turret Gun 3 values with those of the M8 armored car.

Lot of possibilities. Take a look at your screen shot. It could be commander is assisting or loading main gun since loader is reloading the turret mg. could also be not all tanks have one. when you put sneak or ambush they don't man them , when you put move or defend the commander mans them. Be careful in that mode because they can be taken out as they are exposed. At least that's how it is on pitf. I wait until the mg-42 runs out of ammo and has to reload staying in ambush mode in an m8 greyound then out with defend and he lights the building up with .50

Also, CC vehicles have unseen buttoned and unbuttoned modes. Sometime during the re-releases they did away with the unbuttoned (open hatch) turret images. Crewmen manning weapons exposed to fire will duck/hide temporarily abandoning exposed weapons like the .50 AAMG when a vehicle is taking fire.

I remember. defend mode was unbuttoned, ambush was hide or buttoned. It still is in some if not all of the games.
