Have just found my original CC1 disk and want to install it on Win10.
I thought I had lost it years ago and not played it since Pentium 3 days.

Long shot here but:
1.  Can I? and
2.  How do I?

You shouldn't have a problem installed it. Playing it though is a different issue, make sure you run it with Win95 compatibility settings. CC1 comes free with Close Combat purchases from GOG. Installed fine for me but I never tried to play it.

Interesting, I have only played a demo of CC1. Might be a good chance to get CC4, other game I have never played, and get the 1 for free.

The real Close Combat starts when you are out of ammo.

My original CC1 setup.exe wont install on Win10 64  even with compatibility set to Win95. Maybe DOSBox or a VM might work.

Works on Win7, don't know about 8. I can try to see if it works on XP?

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
