PostPosted: Thu Nov 17, 2005 1:40 pm Post subject: What happened to all the mods ? Reply with quote

I was look in the combat camera and saw some mods for CCV which seemed interresting but which i never saw any files for dl/no final version

so my question is
What happened to the MODS:

Kreta
Afrika 40-41
2nd Battle of Kharkov
Khalkhin-Gol 1939
Ortona,Italy´43
Contre-Attaque sur l´Aisne

and another question

Who is it going with:

The Battle of the Scheldt
Fall Svergie
Wacht am Rhein (i want facts Platoon_Michael)

Hi,

Contre-attaque sur l'Aisne is more or less finished. I had been working on my Kessel mod these last months (it was an error...) and did not have enough time to finish it.
The most important question is: Do I have to publish this mod? Exepting some french players, I did not see a lot of interest for it...

Anyway, for the moment I am very very far from CC.... Perhaps in some weeks I'll take some time to finish Aisne and upload it...

I don't know.

Perhaps I will upload some screenshots on the combat camera to see if there are more than 2 people interested...

All your comments will be welcome.

Cheers
Panzerjäger

Hey Man,

Concerning the scheldt mod; The mod is progressing good. Altough i had to slow it down for a bit because i'm now serving a 6 month tour in bosnia. there is a large set of maps done. and i expect to recieve some new aerials concerning the battle scene. wich is going to cost me a large amount of money Sad also i'm planning to revise the maps using new roof files made by peter
Data is still in progress a bit shaky tough but it works.
Graphics a largly done and also the sounds by dima are outstaning.

Hope to informed you as well as i could

Cheers Buck

I am interested in Contre-attaque sur l'Aisne, and my co-worker, who is French, will surely love it.
My co-worker is ex French Navy, from Brittany, and will not play the German or Russian sides, so I have to pick and choose the mods for him, heh.

the more mods, the better, just keeps ccv alive!

cc3 went for many more years then it should of bacause of mods and maps!!!
its true limitation was the strat screen of cciv/v even ccii, and map sizes(some GJS(v1) maps where taken for cc3, but 'cut' down for cc WF9.1. this was in my opinion the last true hoorah for cc3 this mod, it actually helped move me to ccv when GJS(sic v3.0) was released(i had the ccv disk for a year or more, played a dozen times or less!!!)

Sorry I didn't respond earlier,
I only saw this thread today

I only started toying with CCV due to the fact that I didn't think a new strategic map could be imported into CCIV.

Now that Mafi has created the RTB Tool I have been trying to do just that, create a new strategic map for CCIV.That progress is slow and wont be done anytime soon.

I have created quite a few game graphics for the Wacht Am Rhein mod for CCV but in all honesty I should have just kept my big mouth shut until I followed it through. In all honesty I was just looking to upgrade Firefox's version of VETBoB A.O.
It's not like it was going to be a totaly new mod.If anyone wants the graphics that were created by all means give me a shout.

If the CSS admins. would like to remove said folder from the CC Camera please feel free to do so.

As far as im concerned it's dead last in terms of spending time on it.

And those my friend are the facts.
