I have been trying to hunt down a copy of Road to Baghdad but have yet find any. However I did find a copy of Modern Tactics. The person I brought Tactics off said he believed Road to Baghdad and Tactics were one in the same. The later being the retail version and improved.

Anyone out there that can confirm whether this is true. Cheers

Stick with CCMT, and there are some addon maps at CCS and Matrix that will work with CCMT as well.

Very different games. RTB was the first commercial release of CCM. CCMT was the second release of CCM and is better than RTB. RTB was sold in stores very very briefly, you can only find copies of that on torrents sites now.

Well maybe, mooxe has always seemed to favor Torrent Sites.  Laughing

Just a few years ago there were boxed editions of RTB being sold on Ebay for apx. $3.00. For some reason I don't associate Ebay with a torrent site.  Exclamation

There were and maybe still are sites where a demo could be downloaded and RTB could be subsequently purhcased. Maybe these sites would make you link to a Torrent Site for your digital download.  Laughing

There are some other RTB threads here at CCS that may lead someone to finding a "legitimate" copy of RTB. Dunno?

RTB did get some support at least. here is one Mod Mooxe hosts for it and it's fairly large.. No idea how good, or even playable as I don't have RTB...

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
