Desktop, or laptop PM? If it's a desktop? I'd suggest building your own. Places like Newegg and Tigerdirect have the pieces where you can do that economically and custom build one for what you want, not some mass produced machine with generic parts inside.

I've read nothing but good reviews regarding Ibuypower PC's. Here are a couple Newegg has listed, Have seen from previous articles that their 1y warranty is iron clad, for most any reason.
