much easier just not to use it.
reinforce button i one of the brilliant features added in cc5.
most forcepools r not made with it in mind.

I think it is coded in CC5:exe, but if you get the tool GadgetMunger, open the ScrnGadget file in CC5 Graphics, paint all the reinforce buttons white and there you go!

keep in mind sapa made his own mod.and it was released like that to every1
if u do same thing to utah it wont stop the joiner from being able to reinforce.
