Morning of the 16th, Stalingrad, South Sector:
Germans (German Soldiers Clan) pushing hard in heavy street fighting in Chuikov's HQ. Only the efforts of the Command team and mortar crew saved the exit VL.
Congrats to German Soldiers clan on a very well fought attack. In the end the north, which we thought easiest to defend, proved to be the hardest as their inf and motorized bgs with pz support overwhelmed both our Gds Inf and marines. Casualties were almost even as you see above but GS clan's aggressive attack carried the day. They also captured our HQ bunker's supply of vodka - we are now using our ammunition funding to get more vodka instead.
The war continues in the west sector vs DAK clan where heavy fighting continues!
