Hi fellas,

something that always bamboozeld me is: Why don't the vehicles have any engine sound? In my active time i was at 3 major tank maneuvers, and i tell you these beats make a lot of noise plus it creates a freakin' cool atmosphere. And even if you don't see the enemy, you an hear him.

So my question: Is it possible to create a soundfile for the engines?
if yes: please do it, its gonna be worth it!

Happy fighting guys!

The game has random ambient engine sounds, but not the real thing Crying or Very sad
I guess those Tiger mufflers were pretty efficient Wink

I think that engine noise is not necessary. It would make the game too noisy. Assuming each players bring 4~5 tanks with them, 10~11 tanks would appear in the game, and every sounds will be overwhelmed by these nosiy mosters! Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Forget words, actions will show your true ambitions! The Battlefield,In many cases, the terrain of a battlefield can be the best resource a commander has. A clump of trees, an abandoned house, or a drainage ditch can all be powerful tools in the right hands

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
