If you keep the work of the others you've done, I'm sure it will be a great map!
Looking forward to use it in CCV- Ardennes Ofensive. Very Happy

Hello again robg,

Yea, it came out fairly decent....
Here's a sneek peak....
(Still testing)

Embarassed

Get the last two also. Crombach and
Villers-la-Bonne-Eau. They are good players... Smile

(I don't think they are part of the map pack)

Sad

Hello Yuma!,

Good to here from you again!
Thanks for responding to my mapping efforts.

It was nice of the guys to make thoses map packs
for all the CC4 fans... I don't think the last 2 maps
are included in the pack however.

Hope you got a chance to download and try
the last few maps I made and are enjoying them
Smile

I have thrown several of your maps in my version of CCIV (mine has the new strategic map)

And I must admit that it has been a blast.

It's just a shame im using the original game files I.E. tanks and no Vet mod Data editing.

Now I just wonder where will we be figting next?
Maybe Poteau
Maybe Elsbourne Ridge
Maybe Trois Vierges

Ahhh where will Ernie go next?
And will the map maybe have new textures ?

Thanks platoon_michael

You, Grunt, Yuma and many many others have
inspired me with your kind words to continuing cc4
map making......But to be honest. I'm really not that
good and besides, most people don't want cc4
........THEY WANT MODS - NEW games!

As for another map, well one never knowns....
If the time, and place is right and my attitude is such,
I may do another.....(That last one was a REALL pain
in the ASS!). When it stops being fun....well who
needs the aggravation? Evil or Very Mad

Good to hear from you.
Smile

Well I'm sure you know that one should do it for themselves first, then if others enjoy it thats just an added bonus.

Look at the strat map project for CCIV,it was/is a ton of work but I got much satisfaction after it was completed.
Now if anyone playes it or completes one of their own thats just an added bonus.

Yes pfc., you understand exactly what I mean.

I have to admire your tenacity (sic?) with that
StratMap project. I'm too old and cranky to take
on that sort of thing. Sorry I couldn't help out.
Sad

I hope that all your hard work will be of use to
someone in the future...

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
