It's probably me, but i think that PzIIIh 50mm gun is eficient than the PzIIIJ 50mm in the Stalingrad mod. It's strange no ?

However Stalingrad is the best mod for me, thank to the eastern team for it !

the mk3J was about the best mk3 made, it had a longer barrell then the H model (L50 on the h approx, and a L60 on the J) giving greater velocity.
also other improvements i believe.
J models at close and medium range tango well against T34's,even KVs at close range, side shots, due to faster reloading time, and better trained crew.

there r 2 versions of PzIIIJ in Stal:
- with 5cm KwK38 (same as PzIIIH).
- with 5cm KwK39 (same as PzIIIL).

i never knew there where 2 versions of the mk3J!!!

whats the point in renaming the mk3H to J if its got the same shitty gun kw38 something? must be other improvements to rename it a J model i dont know of, armour/speed/aiming devices etc...?

always thought it was PzIIIJ (SdKfz 141) till January 1942 and PzIIIJ (SdKfz 141/1).

I'm confused - are there 2 different versions of the PzIIIJ in Stalingrad? (Not just the IIIH or IIIL.)

If so, how do you tell one IIIJ from another?

check it's armament in BG screen - all the things r told there Wink .

btw graphics of turret is diferent as well in battle.
