i havent done much h2h in months...
im playing utah 1.3 for practice,and noticed some units are very strong....actually its a infantry knightmare really,german MGs are more devistating also.
the .30 is on bottom right german supply depot,the hill with old fort in middle, and the .30 is sittin up top the 4th story castle raining hell on german infantry.
at first he got just 5 or 6 a day,then once all the guns where killed, i backed off tanks, and played infantry spotters all about, and let oswald go wild!
ive noticed:
-obviously running infantry die FAST(prefer to fire over heads indirect).not unusual to get 4/5 men from squad in a burst)ive not seen this from anything except .50 M2/12.7mm DhKs.
-crawling infantry also die at 70/80% as fast.
-even at 500M a prone soldier is taken out with 20 or less rds. the 2500 rds often lasts 20+ minutes,and most games im lucky to run out of targets.
-wood blds give little protection,even walls.
