THese pics are from a mod in the works a looong time ago. Is it possible to use these graphics in the upcoming Italian mod? THey look better than anything I have seen in Close Combat thus far.
I imagine all that would have to be done was the images resized and the turrets cut of the chassis to turn them into working CC5 sprites.

THe author dissappeared from the scene many years ago (probably more then 7 years ago). I cannot remeber his name but it sounded Italian.

I have a couple more pics if anyone is interested.
Here is hoping this shortcuts the Italian mod.

Been along time since I seen those,I had forgoten all about them.

I too always belived those were the best vehicles ever seen.
Do you have a link for the site? I wouldnt mind having it.

The biggest problem with the cut/paste/resize method, is that you would lose a lot of quality in the process...several mod teams have tried using those. Of course if you wanted to play CC3 in zoom mode the entire game, those might work as the znt and znh files, as they are all 14 pixels/meter if I recall.

Does any body know where you can get these tank graphics with the turrets all ready off, as I have no real way to do that, with out ruining them.

People have been trying for a couple of years to get in touch with becca for the individual tga images for those vehicles. On his site, if it is still up, you can see several of them in the CC3 Mod that he was working on.
