Fellow fans, i decided to load some mods for COI but the mod swap link on the command centre does not do anything when I click on it. I have tried downloading CFG managers for CC3 & CC5 to see if i can load the plug in from there, however when youopen the CFG the plugins don't show in the manager.

Anyone got an idea of where i am going wrong?

That means you didn't do a full install... easily missed.

Run CloseCombatCC.exe From your support folder

C:\Program Files\Close Combat\Close Combat III\Support\CloseCombatCC.exe


Don't try and use CCIII mods, you need to use the CoI mods

i got the same problem, but the solution was ok. now, i can start the "mod swap" uttility.

the problem begins when i try to install any of the patchs (for MM campaing). when i say install to the patchs "Op_Mars_MMCC3_Client.cc3" or
"MMCCIIIMultiPlayer2.cc3" it shows an error windows that say:

"error: could not install the file AIGETeam.txt into destination xxxx instalation aborted."

any idea?

I got the solution. was something about administrator rights...

but now i got another problem. I succefully installed the 1.4 multiplayer patch, but when i try to installa the new mm campaing, operation Mars, it says it cant install because some archives has been installed by another version...

maybe its a bad installation...will read to find how install it.

The Operation Mars mmcc3 plugin installs the patches as well.

that was right. i unistalled the mp patch and the mars mod installed and runned.

but....
