Yes I know that there are tools as sfxpack and cc3soundedit but they are old a sometimes they do not work well. I would like to know if there are some new tool. And one new tool for it would be very good.
Yup...that's true. Just a bit of a hassle to have to use the C drive.
SFXpack should work okay...but if you use fancy audio editors like Soundforge, Wavelab etc...sometimes SFXpack cannot pack those wavs correctly. You still get a the sfx file, but it might give you errors when you load the game.
I don't know any other alternatives to SFXPack.
