Hi all,

I just bought a copy of CC3, fully legit, and installed it without a problem.  I can play a game without problems, but trying to create a new scenario (the game's default one) the game crashes with a Windows error.

I have XP, fully updated.
I have the compatibility set to Win98/Me.

The game (and demo) crash on exiting too.

Try the CC Starter utility.
You already bought a legit copy of CC3...no need to buy CoI featuring the "Girlie Soldiers(TM)" enhancement and tiny menu screens  Wink  Laughing

Just goes to show... you'd never make it in the software industry.

I found a workaround.

I click into 'play a game', go back to the main menu, and poof it works.

It's not ideal but I'll happily live with it.

Still crashes on exit, but there seems to be no other effects.

Thanks!!!!
