The first day was 9 september 1940 when the Italians began their advance on Sidi Barrani where they entered the 16 sept 40 2,45 pm.
From that day until December 7 start of the operation Compass.
During the time the British  molested Italian garrison between the borders of Libya and Egypt and strongholds where Italians had closed.

Here a movie

The difficulty of simulation of this game alone is that of having to resist the English until the time of the offensive, I hope the next version of my vetmod (I'm working) to get a decent simulation of the historical reality.

Good video. Think situation of first day in this campiaign is same as it was in begin of january41. Position of 7div units are same as it said in wikipedia. Then at january 5th-8th was Bardia captured by 7th div, and later at around 23td they reached Tobruk. Funny but in Commonwealth soldiers i can find polish names  Wink

Polish defend Tobruk together with British, Australians, Czechs and Slovaks late in december 1941.

found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
