I was wondering if there is any way to edit squad size and equipped weapons. For example, I want to change the default German commander unit so it is reduced to one soldier and is equipped with a Stg44 instead of an MP40. I've been looking around the GEteams file but so far have had no luck trying to decipher what all the numbers mean.

Any help is appreciated.

What I use to edit the data is Qclone. You can find this tool in the download section. I find Qclone a handy little tool. It will allow you to open the adb files that contain the data that you are looking for and it adds descriptions and column headers so that you know what the little numbers represent. My workflow is as follows: open qclone, open the adb file of your choice, export it as tab delimited, import the resulting txt file into excel using text to columns, save as excel file, edit data in the excel file, save the excel file, save as .txt tab delimited, import the .txt into qclone (before the last step you must have opened the adb file in qclone) then save as adb. For small edits you might prefer working directly in qclone but I prefer MS excel. Make sure to backup your data before starting and I strongly advise you to start with making small edits because working with the data is tricky. There are many cross references and a typo can cause crashes. What you would like to edit is actually quite straightforward. Send me a pm for detailed instructions.
