I haven't played but one Battle from the Grand Campaign but so far everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks to Tejszd for his years of work on Meuse and allowing me to import to WAR.
And Mooxe for the ftp site
Install uses Bernard's Mod installer.

Upload complete

Have Fun

No Problem

It wasn't had to extract the files from your download at all even without owning tLD.

I hope you'll let me use your updates when they are available as well?

Sure. With the last patches for WAR and TLD it looks like the identical mod files can be used and just the installer needs to be changed.

Only downside I know of at this point is a Meuse WAR player can not play a Meuse TLD player H2H.

That is correct.
All I did was extract the files from your download and pasted them into Bernard's Installer.

Fastest full blown conversion of a game I've ever seen. Laughing

Thank you

I'm downloading file named normandiev3.5 it's ok?

I tried to do a french vetmod for TLD meuse, but I was not satisfied, the German units are too immobilized, I believe that the rivers obstruct the movement of the nehiclesand is too complicated to calculate for the engine.

I'll try also here.

The file name CCWaRModInstallNomandiev3.5.exe is correct.
I missed that when building the file.     Sorry

One note that should be pointed out is that if you have the VETBoB Mod installed with ModSwap you will see Planes fly overhead and it'll make you wonder............
What's up with that?

Just uninstall VETBoB from ModSwap and that will correct the problem.

This lies in the fact that VETBoB uses one of the Explosion Graphics as planes for the F.O's

Took me awhile to figure out why I was seeing this in the three Mods I have for WAR.

I prefer to use the Mod Installer which creates a folder in the program with all the files without having to uninstall anything, this for those who play different mods for the same game WAR in this case.
Thx

Matrix disabled the bootcamp option with mods as the training scenarios would crash the game if someone tried to run them. Us mod makers got around that by hiding the individual training option buttons on the training screen and made the training screen the history.....

I've just started to play the Meuse mod (CCWaRModInstallNomandiev3.5.exe) and absolutely loving it, the new maps are absolutely brilliant.
One little bug i've noticed is the Knights Cross image is switched with the iron cross second class (SOMEDAL02 and SOMEDAL05).

Thanks for porting the mod to WAR.

Aetius, thanks for the feedback !

platoon_michael,

What is with the file name "CCWaRModInstallNomandiev3.5.exe", you would think it would at least have the word Meuse somewhere in it?

Also given what you showed in the TLD Okinawa thread that any TLD mod using the self installer will prompt for the game directory if TLD is not installed does there need to be WAR specific mod self installer??

The Mod runs,works great....................
Just looks like crap in your directory, assuming you spend hours inside there.  Embarassed

What can I say?
I'm sorry, yea I blew that one.
Missed it totally when building the file.

I'll fix it when you complete the 64 map Strat Map. Laughing

The naming of mod files is quite important for this site. Please use this example to go from... it's the format I changed most files to on CCS a couple years ago.

TLD_Meuse1940_3.5_Installer.exe

Platform_Mod_Version_Filetype

I get that once in awhile too with TT's VETBoB.

I think it's just re-released related and something we'll have to live with.
I'm not 100% sure, but then again I don't play the stock game of WAR.
