| mooxe: I installed Win10 for free through Microsoft a few weeks ago, there are still free upgrade paths, make sure you search before buying.

| mooxe: You mean scroll speed? I use the arrow keys now for small adjustments, and the click the mini map. I rarely scroll with the mouse cursor anymore.

| mooxe: With the 5.01 patch installed, CC5 works on my Win10 64b install with Win98 compatibility settings and run as administrator. No further settings changed.

ObiRynDenobi: Noticed a small mistake in the comments for COI Poland39_Maps.zip. They are same as Poland39 plugin and give install for plugin, not maps. I think that's a mistake, if anybody listening.
