I haven't seen an option named QUARTERMASTER, because that's what I would have picked :P!
However, from this ckufed up menu I've chosen infantry.
And where is a SUBMARINER!!?

You guys have no balls. Go out in a blaze of glory. Show the enemy who's truly brave with kamikaze (Mind you, I'd be one of the pilots who'd expend all my ammo, dive into the wing of an enemy bomber, eject from my crippled plane, wake up the next day to some tea and biscuits, and have another go!)
I dream big and leave a trail of destruction in my wake. ;)
