I've been trying to use the CCeditor for TLD and my head is about to explode. Even the one without Macros does not seem to work. I wonder what I am doing wrong.

I wish to create platoons of 10 men but to no avail.

Which Mod is this? Would you care to share? Smile

Yup, it's the LOS that makes them work.

No, it cannot be downloaded Sad

But yes, start playing the mod, you'll see you've gotten used to it. In fact it's slightly more realistic this way.

I just ordered my troops to run across a field that never had much 'war' traffic, and look what happened, the entire rifle team wiped out Sad and nobody shot at them.

Were these land mines since they blew up almost like a mortar or ship barrage.

Embarassed or do they ?

Everytime I select one, it says can't see. Or is LOS really important in this game?

I'm talking about the GV 155mm here. Look like artillery support guys.

Also, some mortars show up as little trucks on the icons but they are actually 3 people. Is there some mistake on my part?

Hello,

I loooove this forum and all the wonderful people in it. This is my first post after playing a week of the Okinawa Mod. (Awesome Mod that one).

However, I uninstalled everything of the Okinawa Mod and Installed the Omaha Mod.

On execution of the .exe, my screen goes blank after saying loading ... and then I can HEAR the sound of the video playing at the back but I cannot SEE the video neither come to any welcome screen.

I just wish to come to the Welcome Screen, I don't care about the video.

How come the Okinawa Mod played without any problems and this Mod does not play at all?

I have never had any problems with the installations.

Please could anyone help me out?

PostForum: Close Combat 5: Invasion Normandy   Posted: Fri Dec 23, 2005 11:06 am   Subject: Need help on Installing Mod using different game folder
Hello,

I am new here and I already love this place Smile

I read through the installation FAQs of different MODs and I believe I HAVE TO USE DEFAULT FOLDERS for installation of the game to make any of the Mods work.

The problem is, I am very low on space on my C:\ and I had to install it on a different partition. The game runs fine but I am having a tough time making the Mods work obviously due to the 'path' problem.

My question is, how can I make the mods as well as the plugin manager work using different paths? Is there a way?

I am good at editing files / registry and would appreciate any sort of assistance rendered to fix this.

Please do let me know.
