But do not work, when I right click "GJSv44" and select "install" in the CfgV13, I see this message:
"Failed to copy c:\program files\ssi\closecombat invasion normandy\cc5.exe to system\original\cc5.exe because c:\program files\ssi\closecombat invasion normandy\cc5.exe does not exist.

Anyboby can tell where I wrong.

(forgive me for my english)

hey Urutu and Love And Destroy.
where did u d/l ur GJS 4.4plugins from?

the standard GJS44 patch from this site
the cc5.exe is named CC5.exe
the way u pasted it doesnt match the plugin from this site.

aside from that it is telling u there is no original CC5.exe to back up.

unplug any mods
uninstall 5.01 patch
uninstall CC5
do it over again.
maybe d/l patch from this site again.

When a plugin fails to install follow these steps...

1. Delete the mod from Config Manager
2. Uninstall 5.01 patch
3. Uninstall CC 5
4. Delete the C:\program Files\SSI folder
5. Install CC 5
6. Install 5.01 patch
7. Redownload the mod
8. Install mod thru Config Manager

A manual install is time consuming, so I would recommend following Mooxe's instructions to use the plugin manager. I will add one thing though, make sure CC5 is installed to the folder C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normany otherwise the plugin manager won't work.

If you really want to do a manual install, make a backup copy of a fresh install of CC5, unzip the plugin file and then manually copy and paste the mod files in the appropriate CC5 folders and overwrite the original files. Depending on the mod this could take you 15 to 30 minutes.

Cheers.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
