Matrix Games has made the 3.50.01b patch released back in 2009. The new version is simple 3.50.01 and you can download it direct from Matrix Games or CCS (6.5mb). All current Campaigns and Operations will be compatible and you can install the new patch over the previous beta path without consequences. Some of the changes to the official patch are BHQ updates and Command Center URL changes. Ensure you read the readme.pdf file as it will not overwrite the previous one or add it to your start menu links. Mod Swap is also updated, but remains version 1.0.
Before installing this patch ensure you uninstall all mods including the MMCC3 client mod. None of the fixes in the readme.pdf file that details changes to the cc3.exe will be present in any mods that modify the cc3.exe. For example, the Der Ost Front mod has a cc3.exe included that was modded with the original version of the cc3.exe, it will not contain the fixes.
The MMCC3 Bloody Omaha beta test has an update. Open up Modswap, uninstall the original version of the client and delete it. Download the updated client and unzip it to the C:/Program Files/Close Combat/plugins folder. Open up modswap and install. You will have to enter in IP 64.111.28.17 and port 2108. The server has been restarted so you will be starting over again. The changes are, less points/barrages/reinforcements available, rarity tweaked so you will see Pershing tanks and other equipment that doesnt match the time period and you should not see British, FJ or SS troops.
